The Process

• Meet Client to understand company, job role and candidate specifications
• Generate Assignment Brief and send to client , along with pilot CVs
• Multiple sourcing of candidates : database access + head hunting
• Candidate Reference check for short-listed candidates
• Continuous candidate liasion till (s)he joins the client

Our Search for each position ends with 4 best-fit candidate CVs going to the client. Clients often close positions from candidates recommended by us. Hence our high “strike rate”.
